Yes, by getting it and then recovering. But that immunity may only last a few months. Also we do not know how fast coronavirus mutates. If it mutates fast then we have a real problem.

The human bodys best defense against COVID-19 is a healthy immune system.... Our bodies are designed to WIPE OUT and DESTROY foreign invaders....BUT through JUNK FOOD (fast food, sugar, simple carbs, conventional red meat, fried food, etc.)  and a SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE... the population is putting itself at risk....A HIGH-ANTIOXIDANT DIET full of Fresh organic fruits and veggies, herbs and spices, nuts and seeds, beans and legumes, herbal teas, and pure filtered water (reverse osmosis) is BEST....Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Selenium, and Magnesium... And exercise 6 days a week (take one rest day)....Get good quality sleep.

Yes, that's what happens when people catch the virus then get over it.  All those stories you hear about people getting better, that's because their bodies worked out how to fight the virus.
