Why do we need metals in our foods? ?

Why do we need zinc, copper, iron etc. It's weird to think that we need metals to function. Why is this?

We are animals like all the other animals we

Need salt and these minerals. Vegans are

Low in these due to never eating meat so

They have no B12 or these minerals and

Are prone to health problems at some point.

They may seem totally healthy for most of

Their lives but neglecting this area of diet

Will damage things in their body eventually.

Your body is complex and needs a big variety

Of foods in small portions to stay healthy and

Keep working efficiently. With 8 hours or sleep

And regular exercise and a gallon of bottled

Spring water each day to stay hydrated. Ok?

It's bio-chemistry.  Each of those metals performs a specific function in our body.  It would take too long to explain it all here but it's easily googled if you really want to know.

Because we are actually human antennas that requires metals to work properly. You do know your heart and brain working from electric? Your pacemaker kicked started from electricity in the womb from your mothers nutrients of these metals. Electronics need metals. You are electricity. So yeah
