Do people in South Korea legally change their names as well, not just Americans?

    well america has many reasons for changing names, due to the diversities, citizenship, lingual differences, etc...

    i noticed korean rather than changing, they adopt a SECOND NAME, which being american names. such a hyun lee & James Lee

    They change their names to vehicle model numbers that are scheduled to be released the following year.

    Yes, you can do that almost anywhere outside America.
