Do kids in the UK get Easter baskets?

Of course I know about Cadbury's eggs and other large chocolate eggs. I live in the US but my wife is British. I was stationed in the UK long ago and am familiar with British customs, except for what may have changed since  What I'm asking is do they have Easter baskets like in the US with fake grass, jelly beans, chocolate bunnies, and a whole slew of other Easter candy, etc.?  I'm sure you could google or you tube if you don't know what I'm on about. I don't remember anything like that when I was there. My wife says its not something they do over there. But I saw a You Tube from UK of a mum doing an Easter basket for her kids. Was wondering if things have changed?
