San Diego CA are the BARS down town closed?

    Yes, they are currently closed due to the coronavirus.

    Yes. Bars are some of the worst places for transmission of the virus. People sit and stand very close together. In the President's guidelines for re-opening the economy, bars come last after restaurants and stores.
