    PbI2 is almost insoluble  Ksp = 1.4 x 10-8

      

    1.4x10^-8  =  [Pb2+][I-]^2   =  4x^3

      x=  0.00383 M  <<<  molarity of Pb2+ ions still in solution

       

      You asked the molarity of Pb(NO3)2  ...  this is impossible to know because no molarities of the initial solutions was given...
