Am I eating enough?

For my age I am supposed to get 1,800 calories a day. I only eat when I'm hungry, and today I ate 1,300 calories. Is that enough, or next time should i make myself eat more even if i'm not hungry? I'm scared of losing too much weight.

i weigh 93 pounds right now, 5'3 female

    You've already lost too much weight.  Have a cheeseburger.  Look up height weight chart for women.  Google it.
