New York Unemployment Benefits?
I submitted my application for unemployment benefits this morning. I have also seen many videos posted by New Yorkers on You Tube expressing frustration in terms of not receiving their FIRST CHECK in more than a month. Should I be concerned? I have been placed on furlough at the job along with 56 others.

a month isn't unusual, when you record a notification goes to the LAST business that you have documented a claim,he gets ten days in which he may protest, state law requires that,an issue ( terminated for cause offense and so forth) implies some more delay,,depending on whose issue ;the issue' was,
your application goes into the container, alongside the authority reaction there is a structure to remove, fill out,and either call it ,in at the time span demonstrated, or mail it in on sunday that closes the multi week duration covered, another conceivable purpose behind a moderate reaction may be the business was delinquent on his quarterly commitments to the state joblessness fund,OR somebody wrecked with your government managed retirement number, plus a couple of additional digits as like a PIN number joined at your sosh#Source(s): On profile

your application goes into the hopper, along with the official response there is a form to tear off, fill out,and either call it ,in at the time frame indicated, or mail it in on sunday that ends the 2 week period covered, another possible reason for a slow response might be the employer was delinquent on his quarterly contributions to the state unemployment fund,OR someone messed up with your social security number, plus a few extra digits as like a PIN number attached at your sosh#

That could be back a few months ago when every state was still playing musical chairs. I bet you'll see a check in a month now.

With the amount of people applying, there are bound to be some backups.

Everyone in New York State should be concerned as the inept governor had the state bankrupted long before the plague took the state economy from the toilet right down the drain into the sewer.
