Not really. My father was kind of a ball buster. I’d rather have the German ancestry I have than my ex-wife’s ancestry though, which is Italian. That’s the worst. I have some French and English as well. And some Scots-Irish. The French and Scots-Irish I don’t mind as much maybe. The English and German....eh....whatever. I’ll deal with it. But Italian, forget it. Almost every Italian I’ve met in this country has been a total crook. Big time. Steal the shirt off your back. My ex-wife was one. Steal everything you have and stab you in the back. She even stole a large sum of money from our son when he was a minor. No conscience, no class... total lowlife criminal mentality.Just like the mafia. Definitely my least favorite nationality, at least the Italian-Americans.  I don’t know about over in Italy. Maybe it depends on the region over there. Or maybe it’s just a general national trait that they have that criminal mentality. All I know is that I don’t trust them and I lost a lot of money to some of them. Never again.

Yes, but at the same time, I'm not proud of some of the things Germans have done.

It's just part of my ancestral mix. I don't give it much thought.
