Anybody agree chicago needs a better draining system?

As of the last ten years we've been getting a lot of rain, there's been plenty of days in the spring or fall where it just will not stop pounding really hard all day

    1. This was the rainiest May in Chicago history.

    2. There is a project called "Deep Tunnel," that was supposed to be finished now, that would have solved the flooding. Due to some mix of incompetence and corruption, it will take several more years until it is completed.

I said MAY - not a specific day.  The US Weather Service has reported that the rainiest May was in 2020.
