Why doesn't the USA have real football?

They only play a low quality version of rugby they call football, but no actual football, at all

The trolling (or ignorance) runs deep in this Anonymous user (which typically just means a gutless troll.)

For the record, the US currently has 4 official professional leagues.  MLS is the top division.  It has produces and attracts top talent from around the global including fetching a $26million fee from the English Premier League for Almiron.  MLS is 7th in the world for average game day attendance (and only a few thousand away from being 4th.)  MLS top clubs have a higher financial value than all but the top 7 Premier League clubs.

There's nothing wrong with American football.  I don't fully understand it but many people enjoy watching and/or taking part.  Soccer or what we call football in the UK is also a popular sport in the US and the country has done well in the Olympics and world cup especially the women's team.
