What weight punching bag should I use? (400lbs)?

I see the general rule of thumb is supposedly half the weight of the user but most things also say 100lbs is for like heavy hitters who want a challenging bag, I'm a bit over 400lbs at 6'4 I'm a pretty big dude I've got some weight on my for sure but I'd say only around 25% body fat which is large yes but I'm still solid underneath, should I go for a 200lbs bag as its half my weight or would a lighter bag work? I'll be practicing form and punching power if it makes a difference

If I were you I'd head over to the nearest boxing club and ask a professional.  You could probably learn alot from him.
