What is This? ?

Found it in Grandma’s room while cleaning after she died.

Update:

Not the purse thing underneath

It's a Dada-ist piece from the early 1920's, I'd say, clearly depicting a "wilting" matchstick "growing" in a black flowerpot. This was a common subject in Dada circles. Note that the "melting" look of the "matchstick" was taken up by Salvador Dali in his later "melting clocks" period. You may want to get that piece evaluated; it could be worth some real money. Hope this helped.

Its a hamster water dispenser.  The bottle is missing.  Fill the bottle, put the stopper in it, invert it and hang it outside the cage with the red cap inside.  Remove the cap.

If there’s  small hole in the red cap, it’s a humming bird feeder without the bottle.
