is bacon frozen over a year safe to eat?

    bacon has a lot of salt so yes it should be fine

    Yes, it will be fine. Bacon is cured meat and you can keep it for longer than a year frozen.

    As long as it has remained frozen and the wrapping is intact and there is no freezer burn it will be fine. 

    Freezer burn effects the quality, it would still be safe to eat not that great tasting (you could remove dried part and it would be alright)

    Yes. There may be some deterioration in texture, but bacon is pretty hardy.

    No. It is made from pork and is usually recommended for 1-month freezing, give or take a week or so.
