Do Romanians care about the loss of Southern Dobrudja to Bulgaria in 1940?

In 1940, Romania lost part of Transylvania (which it recovered), Moldova (which is now independent) and Southern Dobrudja (which is now part of Bulgaria).

Romanians seemed to care a lot about Transylvania and a little about Moldova.

Do Romanians care about the loss of Southern Dobrudja? It didn’t have many Romanians in it and had joined Romania in 1913, so I’m not sure how important it was.
