Can i fix my Pectus Excavatum?

I’m 18 years old and workout frequently (Been doing so for about 6 months, And i lost about 40lbs) even still, i just cant seem to make my pectus go away, I’m not the most physically fit person but I just don’t understand why working out won’t help, if anyone can help me out or just give some advice on this it would be much appreciated!

Update:

I also dont have any pain or discomfort from it, nor any breathing problems from my knowledge, its just a huge eyesore and makes me insecure taking my shirt off around women

You can have surgery. It is an issue with your bone structure, which no workout can change.

Yeah I understand that, seeing as the surgery can cost upwards of 15k i really dont have the money to fix it sadly, it also involves wearing a brace around your chest almost like braces which wouldn’t work as i work security
