Do military recruiters actually care about you or do they just pretend they do ?

They have a quota to fill.   You are just a number in the quota.   If you do not believe me,  ask the recruiter how many people he has recruited so far,  who are they,  where are they and can you contact them to see if they like being in the service.   Watch him him and haw about it and not give you any names.   He did not keep in touch with any of them.

People are people and the current job/task of any recruiter is... "fill in the blank." Things happen and will leave it at that, but the odds: Seriously.

They do not care about you at all. they do not know you, they are not kin to you they have a job to do and that's what they care about.

They care about doing their job and signing you up and meeting their quota's.   Once you're signed, and ship out,   it's unlikely they will ever see you again.

Is this the same Troll that thought a recruiter was trying to get into her pants?

they work for their Branch.  their loyalties lie there.    that being said, they have no reason to screw any recruit over, as that does more harm than good to their  Branch.

they care about matching you to the best job that the Branch needs filled.  .

Military recruiters have a quota to fill.

They may tell you the truth but it is not uncommon that they will lie to you to get you to join.

They care about their quota. You're just a number.

  • No, they don't care about you.  They will promise you the world, just not in writing, in order to get you to sign up.  They have incentives to recruit people and they're the worst kind of salespeople.

Why would they need to care about you? Its just their job to recruit you.
