How much would a house like this cost to build?

How much would it cost roughly if I were to hire a company to build a house like this?

The land will have its own price tag. Then, you need to figure how much a well/town water hook-up along with a septic system/sewage hook-up will cost, plus a driveway and electrical hook-up costs. Other than those expenses, a small house as pictured would probably cost $70k  with the cost of the glass being the most expensive feature.

Depending on the finishing materials, lighting, kitchen and bath fixtures  floor choices and what not, the prices vary greatly.

The best way to see the cost of a house like this is to find a builder in your area because location also plays a part of cost in materials and labor.

That home with out land is around $25,000 U.S. with the fish pool. + land.  With a red concrete slab.  With that much glass they are hot.

Costs vary so much from place to place that it is very difficult to even make a guess. You will get your best guesses (and they will be guesses) from location contractors.

If you owned the land, not much less than $100K.  But it doesn't look like a regular house, mote like something in the back yard.

You are dreaming.  No power, sewer, water, road, garage, shop, etc. My guess is that is a virtual image out of a computer.    Note the fish pond has no filtration equipment.  You might wonder how you are going to keep the chickens and pigs out of the house.  Or the birds.   You would be better off buying a really nice sailboat and sailing the globe.  It would be about the same.

$188,000 not including the land or the little pond.
