What cooking fats were used in the Netherlands in 1900-1950?

This is mainly about people living in cities.

    the same as everywhere else in the world,,,animal fats, butter, lard, bacon grease and eventually vegetable shortening as that became popular....asking the same question and changing the city/country/nation names doesn't change that.
