What does damage without accident mean in Carfax report?

I'm looking to buy a car at a dealer but when I looked up its Carfax report it says no accident but also says "Damage Report - Front. Not all damage is caused by an accident." How can it be damaged without an accident?

What does this mean and should I avoid buying this car?
