What are the scientific-backed benefits of a Keto Deit plan?

Looking to lose fat with custom keto meal plan!

It seems that Keto diet plans not only burns calories like a charm. Looks like scientific research also points out that Keto Diet boosts brain functions.

What are your thoughts?

    Keto doesn't burn calories, it burns fat.  You have to start using the die plan before you actually start burning fat and this can take 1-3 weeks.  Dr Josh Axe is a good resource for information.
