I wish I could see their eyes. Are they orange? Then they are probably British shorthairs.

They are British Shorthair kittens because they are grey and british shorthair kittens are almost always grey.

Hard to tell for sure. They actually might not be a "breed". Cats are often just so mixed in breed that they are just considered "domestic short hair" or "domestic long hair" which is a fancy way to call a cat a "mutt".
If you don't know the parent history, then it is hard to determine the breed of a cat the cat could be just from a plain solid color since several pure breeds could be in a solid color and a "mutt" can also be a solid color.
But it doesn't matter anyway because they are very cute.
Their breeding might also become more apparent when they are older. A vet might be able to do a blood test that might determine breed.
