There would be thousands of different ZIP+4's for Amarillo.  It has a population of about 200,000 and each ZIP+4 is typically only a few families.  There can be many for just one building (if it is a large commercial building or apartment house; a single family residence would have just one).

Amarillo has at least 26 different five-digit ZIP codes and they can each have thousands of ZIP+4 codes.

To find the ZIP+4, go to https://m.usps.com/m/ZipLookupAction?search=addres... and enter the address in Amarillo (not just the city name) to find the ZIP+4 for that address.

You can also try https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction!input.ac... but it's not working right now on my computer.
