Let M = event goes to Museum

Let B = event Rides the Bus

P(M U B)

P(M U B) = P{M) + P(B) - P(M and B)

P(MUB) = 0.36 + 0.47 - 0.22 = 0.83 - 0.22 = 0.61

P(M U B) = 0.61

P( Visits Museum or Rides the Bus) = 0.61
