How to implement a project/plan?
I have great ideas for my student organization, but now that I am the president I am the one who needs to implement projects and plans. I have always passed on my ideas to someone else and had them bring the idea to life. Now I need to make things happen myself, and I don't know where to start. I have a general idea and I don't know what direction to take it. I have other officers but they don't really help because they have a lot on their plates already. And my advisor wants me to figure it out on my own, she wants to leave it up to me.
