Would changing jobs in the Air Force still depend on ASVAB score?

So i got to swear into Air Force DEPS and will be signing contracts for my job.

What i want to know is if in the future (after my first contract) i plan to apply for a job transfer, would i be able to apply for any different job i want or would my choices be limited as to the jobs i originally qualified for from when i took the asvab?

And if ever it is that i have limited job options, would it be possible to retake the ASVAB and qualify for more different jobs?

I'm enlisting as an E-3 if that would make any difference.

Thank you in advance

enlisting as a e-3 is meaningless-- your gonna be treated as a e-1 just like everyone else.

your allowed to retake the asvab test, they even offer a course to help you improve your score that you can take.

But to cross train, you must still meet the asvab requirements for the new job.

You may retake the ASVAB.  Doesn’t mean you will be allowed to change jobs, or to one that you newly qualify for

The minimum line scores still apply when cross training.
