How to make a really healthy smoothie?
This morning I had a banana, a handful of strawberries, 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 plain oatmeal packet and like 1/4 cup of 1% milk. What veggies and things do you add to make it healthier? :)
Do I just need a protein? I added the oatmeal for fiber. I'm reading that juice and flavored yogurts make them unhealthy but I'm using neither of those :)

The Greek yogurt should be adding plenty of protein already. You could add some spinach to add some iron. Zucchinis go well with bananas and are virtually tasteless.
