Question about Dunking?
I am 17 years old, 5'10 and 140 lbs. I want to dunk, and I am doing leg exercises every other day. My routine in the exercise is: 60 Toe raisers, 20 lunges with 25 lb weights, 60 sec planks, 30 flying lunges with 14 pounds, and 8 mobile wall sits each leg (Where I slide from side to side). Right now, I can touch backboard on outdoor courts.I heard that doing 1000 toe raisers everyday can raise vertical by quite a bit, but idk.
Can anyone give me tips on how to touch rim? Im afraid of doing squats because I don't want to get shorter.
