Why am I so thirsty all the time?

    You may also not be getting ENOUGH sodium (and potassium and chloride). Your body can't use water without electrolytes. Try Gatorade instead of water. They make a sugar free version.

    Some medications can cause increased thirst, too.

      Ahhhh okay I will start eating two tablespoons of salt every morning instead.

    you might have what i have diabetes. being thirsty is a sign of diabetes. Thanks for the question.

    It can be diabetes. Get a check up from your doctor.

    I don't mean to scare you, but that is a sign of diabetes. Another possible reason is that your diet is too high in sodium.
