Some of your statements refer to tire (singular), and some to tires (plural). I am going to suppose that all of them were meant for a single tire. Define two events.

E: The tire lasts five years (or more).

F: The tire lasts six years (or more).

P(F | E)

= P(F ∩ E) / P(E)

= (0.5) / (0.8)

= 5 / 8

Out of 100 tires, 80 will make it 5 years and 50 of those will make it 6 years. That means that 50 out of the 80 that make it 5 years will last another year

50/80 =>

5/8 =>

0.625

0.625 is it.
