What is going on? Female issues?

Wednesday the 27th I bled once and had brown goo the rest of the day. I was supposed to start my period that Friday but never did. Fast forward Wednesday the 3rd I take a pregnancy test and it says I’m pregnant. My thought is that I had implantation bleeding the 27th. I take another pregnancy test the 5th, positive again. All day today I’ve had horrible cramps and I’m scared. I don’t have good health insurance so seeing a doctor is hard.

2 postive pregnancy tests, I'd say you are indeed pregnant.

False positive test results are rare so I think what's going on is that you are pregnant.
