Repubs claim Dems haven’t gotten over losing in 2016, but they haven’t gotten over losing in 1865. Which is worse? ?

Who do you claim lost in 1865?

The 1865 presidential election was somewhat obscure, clouded by grief over the recent Civil War, and anger over the assassination of Lincoln followed by the impeachment of Andrew Johnson, who was universally hated.  The Republican Party was a turmoil and a mess at that time.

No one gives crap about 1865 except you. Fact is though, Republicans never got over losing in 2008 and 2012 just as democrats never got over 2000, 2004, and 2016. Partisans don't "get over" losing.
