No, medications can't treat autism! However. specific symptoms like aggression, irritability, self-harm are treatable with medication. but the only treatments for autism are ABA therapy, social skills therapy and occupational therapy.

The only approved medications are for aggression.  There are some experimental treatments for social interaction issues.

How are you getting adderall if you are prescribed it?  How do you know you don't have ADHD.  Since you appear to be a minor, you need to start by talking to your parents and ask to discuss it with a doctor.  If Adderall really  works, you may have ADHD.

Also, occupational therapy for sensory processing issues helps with attention.
