US navy was huge. It was largely used in the Pacific though. It vastly outnumbered the Kriegsmarine.

In WW2 if Germany was only fighting America, Germany would have won, Germany's biggest handicap was Hitler himself who was not a statistician just a crazed maniac. they had the best Generals and Admirals but they didn't have a say.

Going on the history of WW2 if it was between America and Germany i some times think that it would have been over before America decided to fight or not, remember they were 2 years late in joining the war also in WW1 fighting was going on for 3 years before America decided to join in when it was almost over, then claimed they won the war and most Americans believed it and still do. remember there were 15 allied countries other than the US who fought in WW2.

No it wasn't The Kreigsmarine did have some success until the Convoy Escort system was put in place after that it was over. Ontop of that they were no match for the RN, RCN, and U.S. Navy fighting together.

    Total:

    1. comprising the whole number or amount.

    2. complete; absolute.

You might want to stick to a language you know.

No. The Germany Navy strength was primarily composed of U-boats. They didn’t have any aircraft carriers.

I disagree.  The Nazis sent the Bismark, Prinz Eugen into the Atlantic in 1941 and they were firmly defeated.  That was the last big battle between big capital ships.

They did some damage with U-Boats until 1943 when the tide started to turn.
