second biopsy recommendation in mCRPC?

At what circumstances oncologists consider a second biopsy in mCRPC? Is it a normal practice to consider a second biopsy? Is it for identifying specific mutations to determine further treatment?

Why do you keep posting the same things over and over Nice?   Are you really as stupid as these questions make you look?

If this is done then you ask the doctor why they need a second biopsy.  It's just that simple.   Or if you had the brains of a sane person you would just assume that the first biopsy was inconclusive.
