Using information from

N = 5 sides

S = 1 unit

A = (0.5) / Tan( 37 degrees) = 0.37677

Area = (N * S * A ) / 2 = 0.941943

This is for the small one.

The large one has a side 3.5 X the small one so since the area is (3.5)^2 = 12.25 times large

Then the large area is 12.25 * 0.941943 = 11.5388 units^2

We know that the area of the large / small is 12.25 or (3.5)^2 because the area is proportional to the square of the linear length change.
