what is the difference between nationalsocialism and fascism ?

National socialism is a more extreme version of fascism. Fascism is simply the belief of using collectivism to empower and advance the nation and to advance civilization so that organized states and civilization may thrive and advance.
Similar to fascism, marxism also utilizes collectivism and opposes individualism; however, the marxist's objective is to use collectivism to empower the individual. Fascists point out that marxism's emphasis on the individual rather than on the state would lead to anarchy and the breakdown of civilization because using the state to spoil and serve individuals would make individuals entitled and unruly and loyal to themselves only. Fascists emphasize the need for discipline and individual sacrifice.
National socialism embraces the core belief that the state should be exalted and prioritized before the individual, that collectivism should be used as a mechanism to strengthen the state, and that the individual should act as a unit of a whole to advance the state in much the same way bees work as collective units to build their colonies. However, national socialists believe the importance of race and culture. So, for the national socialist, the state should serve only people of the same race and ethnicity—hence, the name "national" (not to be confused with "patriotism"). Hitler and the Nazis were national socialists. They embraced collective programs like the NSV but limited it to ethnic Germans; they believed in expanding the German state in other peoples'lands for the sole purpose of expanding ethnic Germans.Source(s): Books: doctrine of fascism, Hitler's table talk, and mein kampf.

Doesn't really matter as there are few if any educated political scientists in this whole battle for the soul of the nation.

National Socialism is Nazism. It's about as right-wing as it gets. From Wikipedia: "Nazism is a form of fascism, with disdain for liberal democracy and the parliamentary system."
