Is there a max limit to how many emails my inbox can hold?

I have like over 100,000 emails in my inbox (most of them are old, from years ago.)

Is there any harm in just letting them sit there?

will it ever run out of space?

I use aol by the way.

It depends on your Email Program or your web mail servers.

Back in the old days of Outlook Express Email Program, there was a limit on the In Box.

I use Web Mail (Gmail) and there is a limit on the amount of storage.  Don't know what it is.

The best practice is to create other folders and move your mail from the inbox to those folders.
