Actual lung problem or anxiety?
For the past month I’ve been experiencing breathing difficulties..so I believe. I feel like I need to yawn in order to get a satisfying full breath. Also I’m always aware of my breathing. I feel short of breath but I’m also very active. I play basketball, jog, run, etc. This has been quite worrying for me, but I am pretty confident it’s just anxiety. Have any of you experienced this and what do you think this is?

Raise both arms above your head. Breathe in as hard as you can. Put your arms by your sides and breathe out and keep breathing out until your lungs are completely exhausted. Now breathe normally. Are you dead or unconscious? No - it's anxiety.
