Can two black German shepherds produce white shepherds ?

    Look back over the pedigree to see if there are any white german shepherds in the pedigree.  It would be a recessive gene that pops up from nowhere.  Chances are not likely.

    In german shepherds, black is a recessive gene.

    White is a masking gene.. Which needs two copies of that gene.

    If both dogs happen to carry a gene for the white masking gene, it might be possible..  But the odds are slim.

    Two black shepherds bred together will otherwise produce black shepherds
