The Garden of Heroes is a proposal. When/if it comes to fruition, I expect heroes to meet criteria before induction..

He was not a " US citizen". He was an " honorary US citizen ".

No because he was only an honoray citizen.

The former British prime minister and staunch American ally during World War II was the first foreign national to receive honorary United States citizenship. Eight states had already granted honorary citizenship to Churchill, whose mother was American,

It was Sir Winston Churchill’s wish that he be buried at Bladon, close to his family home. In the family plot in a small section of the churchyard of Bladon church is the graveyard of Churchill. And here too are the graves of his parents, Lord Randolph Churchill and Jennie Jerome, his wife Clementine, his children Randolph, Diana and Sarah, his brother Jack and his son-in-law Christopher Soames. Other members of the Churchill family are buried here too.

Yes. If only to remind US citizens what a real hero looks like.

And to antagonise Dave who would rather have one of his shrines to Nazism.

Churchill was a liar, a drunkard, a womanizer, a plagiarizer, a traitor, a warmonger and he committed crimes against humanity.

He should definitely be in a garden, although not one of heroes.
