    Well, in my favourite film "Beetlejuice" they were all given a free copy of the "Handbook For The Recently Deceased" to skim through, weren't they? Yes, they were. So I'd recommend that one. Who am I to disagree? I travel the world and the seven........ oh, sorry. Got carried away there.
