What kind of workouts can a very obese person do?Not to get a heart attack?

Start slowly as you begin watching your fat and processed food intake and portion size. Treadmills or daily walking is a great start, but you should get clearance from your physician first.

You can do all the same workouts as a skinny person, you will just need to modify your intensity level. I've been working in gyms for 12 years, I have yet to see an obese person have a heart attack because they were working out too hard

Go walking in the park. Drink nothing but water and eat simple organic foods for meals. Cut out milk cheese soda coffee alcohol and all processed foods. Dont even buy salads make your own. And don't use salad dressing that just cancels out everything. Grow some spinich kale and tomatoes to start off with. Green onions also grow fast and easy. Its cheaper to grow these things than to buy them but to start off buy them organically. Have some chicken in your salad. It makes it taste even better. Switch up between squash and potatoes and even beans in your meals. Try to avoid too much starchy food like rice and macaroni but have them spearingly. Avocados are good and so are other fruits to snack on.

A bike like this is good. Use it while watching tv. Start 10 minutes a day and work your way up. Swimming/swim aerobics would be great also. If you are worried, contact your doctor first however. They can give you or refer you to someone who can find the best exercise for you.
