Why is my insurance company accusing me of driving for Uber/Lyft?

In a deposition, the lawyer for my insurance company whom I am pursuing a claim against kept claiming I drove for Uber/Lyft even though I never did. I mean wouldn't this be easy to find out if I did?

Ask your insurance company why they accused you of driving for Uber/Lyft.  How would anyone else know why they are accusing you?

Sometimes insurance companies have a mobile app that tracks where you go. If you frequently go to the airport, it might look like you were driving for money.

    Tell him to prove it.
