Can your doctor tell if you’re in danger of having a stroke by physical  exam ?

    sometimes yes. the doctor may want to run   tests for confirmation.

    Yes, if you have no symptoms there is stroke risk assessment based on your age, history and degree of hypertension, cigarette smoking etc.  It's called the estimate of 10 year stroke risk for men. There's one for women too.  But you are an individual and not an average, so it isn't absolute

     If you have symptoms of headache extremely high blood pressure he/she will treat immediately so you don't.If you are having signs of stroke, slurred speech etc you will go by ambulance to hospital

    Higher risk for one and the warning signs are screaming, they can. Usually correctly assume, you are about to have one.
