Do you agree all Confederate monuments should come down in order for US to move forward?

America needs to forget about it's history and its roots. Our ancestors in this country were racist slave owners and they don't represent what America is today. It is very problematic to remember our founding fathers in a positive light because of this.

    Yes.

You see statues of Hitler in Germany?

You see statues of Saddam Hussein if Iraq?

It is not a matter of forgetting past errors, it is a matter of not celebrating them.

Frankly, the people who are memorialized are dead and so is slavery.  We should remember what people went thr

ough in order to be finally rid of slavery.  Only about 8% of people ever owned slaves

here in the first place so to erase our mostly glorious history in its entirety because it is not perfect is a huge mistake.  Best to remember history in order to never repeat it.  The founding fathers did great things as well.  Nobody is perfect.  What have you got against freedom?  Embrace it.
