Is it wrong to call my mom by her name?

Ever since I was little I’ve been calling her by her name and I heard it is disrespectful but I can’t help it because I’m so used to calling her by her name. Do you think it is fine, my mom seems to not mind it so I never really had a problem with it.

It is tespectful to call anyone by their preferred name.

If your mother prefers you to use her given name then it is respectful to do so.

If she's okay with it (and no disrespect is intended) than it should be alright.
