Compare the ration of patronage in Renaissance and compare it with contemporary society. ?

These questions as well:

1) Who are today's patrons of the arts. Should art enhance the image of prestige of the person who owns it?

2) Is this the function of art?

3) If the government commissions an artwork, should the art relent the ideals of that government?

4) Discuss the potential constraints and limitations facing an artist when he/she has to please a patron.

Update:

For number 3, I meant to type "reflect", not relent.

Sorry, but your teacher wants to read your answer, not ours. In the real world, to get work done that you are not willing to do yourself, you have to pay for it. $10 per answer. Paypal accepted.

Lily, I'm not saying this to be unkind but why do you think strangers are going to take time out of their day to do your homework?  If you don't do the assigned reading how will you know you can trust any answers which you might get?

The teacher wants to know your opinions not the opinions of unknown strangers.
