Yay or nay: it’d be a good idea to have the ability to block anonymous trolls?

Like those who’s just here to be an troll but had turned on the anonymous function?

Yes of course it would.  It's a design oversight that facillitates bullying by allowing repeated insulting comments.  Yet it gets worse, the anonymous bully can actually block the person they are bullying so it is impossible for the victim to post a reply comment to their answer.

Another foolish design error is that any anonymous post is initially not anonymous, it has to be posted such that it first shows the identity of the poster and they then have to change it to anonymous.  All that needed was a checkbox on the submission form saying 'post anonymously'.  It is a poor implementation of a feature that has driven away serious user but attracts trouble makers using the place as a playground.

They should just get rid of the anonymous feature.
