Is Illinois restricting out of state travelers?

    No .. the State of Illinois is not restricting out-of-state travelers from entering or leaving the state. If the state was going to restrict out-of-state travelers, then they would have to restrict the large trucks that are moving commodities in and out of the state daily, and they're sure not doing that.

    No U.S. state can prohibit any other U.S. driver from another state who has a valid driver's license from entering the state.

    They are restricting incompetent people who aren't clever enough to go to the Illinois state website or do a simple internet keyword search to find that information.
